The 20-acre main campus is home to Springs Memorial Hospital, , the Regional Rehabilitation Center, and the Transitional Care Unit. Additionally, Springs Memorial operates Home Care / Hospice of Lancaster, Springs Physical Therapy, and Springs Physical Therapy at Sun City, and The Imaging Center. We are also affiliated with the John Morrison White Clinic for Cardiac Rehabilitation at the University of South Carolina - Lancaster.

In early 2008, Springs Memorial opened The Surgery Center at Edgewater. The Surgery Center is located in Indian Land, which is in the northern end of the county.
